This is one of our “ancient” blends. With the idea of a true hunter gatherer in pre-medieval Scandinavia in mind, and this is what was made! The Heathen is one of our corner stone meads, with wild flower honey, light fruit infusion, and botanicals. One of which is Heather, where this mead gets its name sake. (Metheglin/Melomel)
 
Under 26 U.S.C. 5042 and the implementing regulations in 27 CFR 24.75(a), wine produced for personal or family use may never be sold or offered for sale. Only wine produced at a fully qualified bonded wine premises may be sold or offered for sale. As we are not yet bonded we cannot yet sell any of our fine products.
