One of our corner stone meads, the Pagan was created to uplift the soul and open the mind to all those willing to take that step. As one of our “ancient” blends we tried to stick with historical accuracy as much as possible when making it. A pronunced and memorible flavor created by combining plumbs cherries and apples with earthy scandinavian spices, then finally aged in oak to acheive a truly deep characteristic. Under 26 U.S.C. 5042 and the implementing regulations in 27 CFR 24.75(a), wine produced for personal or family use may never be sold or offered for sale. Only wine produced at a fully qualified bonded wine premises may be sold or offered for sale. As we are not yet bonded we cannot yet sell any of our fine products.
